Forgiveness and Freedom.
Muhanga correctional Facility in Rwanda, Guantanamo Bay Detention Camp in Cuba are two of the most notorious prisons in the world.
Even with the recklessness and brutality affiliated to these facilities, they are not as dangerous as the PRISON CALLED UNFORGIVENESS.
A prison with no physical bars, wired-fence or iron gates, yet, its inmates never realizes their sentences until damages had been done.
Unforgiveness is that very prison the wise never sojourn to.
It doesn’t matter how you got to the state, whether you were wronged, unjustly accused, maltreated, or even betrayed, it is advisable that you do not allow this state of unforgiveness to ensnare you.
EPHESIANS 4:32 ; Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.
It has destroyed kings, relegated princes, and many are still plunging into its pool.
To anyone that has tasted how much we’re forgiven by Christ, you won’t find it difficult to pardon and forgive others for their actions, inactions, mistakes and ignorance.
Do not allow anyone deceive you, there is freedom in forgiveness, likewise is there imprisonment in the absence of it.
Never allow your peace to be distorted, neither should you give room for the devil to make you hold onto grudges and keep malice, there is no wisdom therein.
Find forgiveness and find peace !
